When it's too hot to put the oven on and you don't want to spend more than 3 minutes cooking...this was amazingly delicious! π
Classes are running during term time as follows:
Tuesdays Supple Strength - 7.30pm
Thursday Dance Ae
Supple Strength: Blend of yoga and Pilates inspired movements and postures for a relaxing yet challenging class. Dance Mix: Fusion of different dance styles including Cardio Kick movements for a high energy workout and a Latin routine, finishing with stretch and tone for an all over body workout.

Hi π all, due to the extreme heat forecast for Thursday, I'll need to cancel our dance aerobics class this week π’ let's hope we're OK for next week which will be the last one of our current routines before the summer hols start.

Lovely outdoor Supple Strength class this evening, fresh, breezy and peaceful π big thanks to all those who came π
Hi . Regarding this weeks Fenstanton classes: It looks like it's going to be another hot week, so I'll book the outdoor area as a 'back up'. We can then meet in the school hall as usual but head outside if the hall is too warm. Please do bring a mat if you have one, and aim to arrive in good time. I have a few spare mats if needed. We may do another Supple Strength on Thursday if it's too hot for Dance Aerobics.

Going out for a walk? If you find a peaceful spot it's a great opportunity to do a few gentle stretches, and take some deep breaths whilst admiring the view π

'Finish up feast!' Random vegetables sliced and stir fried with some leftover rice, fish with a couple spoons of tomato & basil sauce plus last few green beans and brocolli before my next grocery shop.

Lemon and peppermint with my water today after a nice long walk to the river and back through the nature reserve. Very refreshing βΊοΈ

I love adding a drop of this citrusy, minty, and spicy blend to my water on my fitness class days or before a workout.
