There’s something pretty special about watching someone walk into class unsure of themselves, then slowly realise what they’re capable of 💪🏻

It might be getting through a whole class, trying something they thought they couldn’t do, feeling stronger, or simply starting to feel comfortable in their own skin again.

That change doesn’t always happen loudly, but as an instructor, you get to see it happening.

And honestly, that’s one of the very best bits! 💕
