PULL 2 AT THE NEW GYM‼️
Second Pull session of the week went down on the final day of the week as my schedules been super busy recently had to throw in a session on a Sunday which is something I wouldn’t usually do.
For the second Push session of the week I work on a lot of uni- lateral work
WHY?
After my accident I had one side of my body which was completely battered, so I work on uni lateral exercises to help build up each side individually as I find my right side will take over sometimes in certain exercises. This isn’t just due to my accident though, we all have some imbalances especially if you are just stating out at the gym.
For example:
Have you ever done a shoulder press or bicep curl and one side goes up whilst the other fails. There’s your imbalance. Try to work on some uni-lateral work to work around this.

TODAYS LEG DAY💪‼️
What a way to start the year! Legs just landed perfectly with my current split on the 1st of January. Really working on Legs this year going to continue to assess the Doms and see if there’s a possibility of adding a second one in the week. Of course it will be very different to this leg day, however every other body part is getting trained twice per week. Why not the legs if I’m looking to grow them.
Another thing I’m really focusing on this year is trying to build social media… So if there’s anything in particular you’re wanting to see get in touch, weather that be tips on training or food or workout updates let me know!
Looking forward to smashing training this year hitting the new year continuing my bulk until end of January- plan is to assess from there the we either continue or move to cut. Exciting times!
