Haha! Isn't all about the size, but sometimes it does help! Remember lifting weights not only builds muscle but reduces fat! Get lifting.
I'm attending a 24 hour boxathon this Friday to Saturday for charity and would appreciate it if anyone would either sponsor me or come down and give some support and to possibly join in with abit of padwork! It's at the Medway centre in Huntingdon Friday 7pm till Saturday 7pm. Proceeds are for the mayors charity's such as British legion, St. John's ambulance ect.. 50 double unders
10 over head squats
40 double unders
20 lunges
30 double unders
30 Belgian split squats (15 EL)
20 double unders
40 zercher squats
10 double unders
50 clean and press
I did this for time and technique.
My time was a respectable 31 minutes and 39 seconds, the Weights I used were; barbell -40kg and dumbbells for the Belgian split squat- 20kg in total.
Give it ago yourself and let me know your times!
Not done anything like this before keep the weight low and work on technique.

You don't need expensive equipment to have a hard workout! All about giving 100% effort and a good trainer ;)
