Amazing costumes this week for socials! Our theme was Spring Break. We had freshers dressed as swimmers and seniors were Frat boy themed 👙🏖 We played some games at the bar before hitting the club!

Great training session on monday!

In this session we played a couple games of touch rugby to practice positions and passing. We also worked on some tackling and pod work.

✨ FIRST WIN OF THE SEASON, 60-0! ✨Well done and thank you to for giving us an amazing game as always. Our girls applied the pressure and came out with an amazing result.

Big turnout for last nights training session! It was great to see everyone getting stuck in and we hope you all enjoyed yourselves.

In preparation for our first game, we split into two groups: front and backs. Backs did basic training and form practice. Fronts did a scrum worshop where they practised their form and footwork, as well as organising their positions.

Social this week was great fun!

We hope you all enjoyed the night :) The theme this week was 'Pirates and Parrots', and everyones costumes were fab!
