Cambridge Electronic Music CEM Plastic Den Stage Strawberry Fair 🍓 at NCI Centre .... This Saturday 9th May 12pm till 5pm FREE TO ATTEND 🍓

Very excited as this weekend we have a brand new event for you to check out and get involved with! ‘Synth Patch ‘n’ Mix!’ We’re raising money for the Plastic Den stage at this year’s Strawberry Fair!

A fun packed day for experienced electronic music heads as well as the synth curious, including:

• Synth Picnic. YouTube personality and Synth East CoFounder, Robin Vincent, brings his popup shop and picnic, where you can try out, rent or buy a range of the latest synthesisers without any obligation.

• Used Synthesiser and music technology market. Here you can buy/swap/sell any old synthesisers or music equipment. Feel free to come along and check it out, but we are keen for anyone to get in touch to come along and have something to sell.

Last but not least CEM will be running an Electronic Music Open Stage. 20 minute slots are available if you want to play, or just come to enjoy the perfomances. Similar to our Blue Moon set up amongst the activities around the venue.

Research has shown that quick access to a defibrillator can mean the difference between life and death for many people should they experience a cardiac arrest.

The club wants to install the defibrillator on an external wall that will be available for use by the public at all times.

Any donation will be gratefully received and will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that could help improve survival rates for cardiac arrest significantly in our local community in Cambridge.
