Would you like to help shape and improve the services we provide?
We are looking for customers to join our new Service Improvement Group, formerly known as the Scrutiny Panel.
This group gives customers the chance to share their views, ask questions and help identify practical changes that can make our services better for everyone.
You do not need any experience — just an interest in improving services and a willingness to get involved. We will provide support, information and training.
You can get involved in a way that works for you, from taking part in a one-off meeting to becoming a member of the group, which meets at least four times a year.

We're looking for exceptional people to join Hundred Houses Society as Board Members and an Independent Audit & Risk Committee Member.

This is an opportunity to use your skills, experience and judgement to make a tangible difference to the lives of local people whilst helping guide the future of a respected community housing association managing around 1,500 homes.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
✅ Digital, data and technology
✅ Asset management, repairs and housing quality
✅ Senior finance, audit, risk and assurance (Audit & Risk Committee role)

Previous housing association board experience is not essential. We're looking for people who share our values, bring fresh perspectives and are passionate about strong governance, customer outcomes and social impact.

Tenant feedback helped us make Freeman House safer!

After concerns were raised about CCTV coverage, we installed additional cameras in key areas. When an incident took place, the improved footage helped us respond quickly and support action with partner agencies.

Listening to residents helps us build safer, stronger communities.

We’ll also be at the Chesterton Festival on 27 June — come and say hello and find out about more ways to get getting involved and help shape the service we provide

We’re looking for customers to join our Complaints Focus Group on Tuesday 30 June, 9.30am–2.00pm at St Andrew’s Hall, Chesterton.
Come along to share your experiences, tell us what works well, and help us improve how we respond to complaints.

We want to survey your home!

Our stock condition survey programme for 2026 -

Since November 2022, HHS have been working with Michael Dyson Associates, who are a surveying company, to carry out stock condition surveys on the homes that we own. These surveys provided us with up-to-date information about the condition of homes and identified whether any urgent repair works were required.

We have asked Michael Dyson Associates to complete more surveys for us during June 2026. Some homes we have previously surveyed will be surveyed again to ensure that the condition data we hold is updated.
