STARTS
⭐️TUESDAY 9TH JUNE ⭐️
Whether your motivation is to lose weight, meet some new people, run off some work stress or just want to run a 5k!
I am offering a 9 week course of
⭐️small group training
⭐️A weekly 1 hour group session
(TUESDAY 7-8pm)
⭐️Access to regular online support & motivation
⭐ Help advice and guidance from me
⭐ All you need is the coach to 5k app

If you are thinking about starting to run I would really recommend joining this course. 18 months ago I loathed cardio and in December I will be running my first half marathon. The course ticks every box and is thoroughly rewarding 🏃🏼♀️
I did this course last January and now I’m training for a marathon! Equally as good though for someone who just wants to get some exercise in. Sam is an amazing motivator.
