Ken G, Anna and David put up a sterling fight in the Eltisley Cup 2 wood final this afternoon. They came 2nd but only by 2 shots. Well done guys. We have put Barton on the agenda this season.

Well we gave it our best shot today in the Gilbert Cup final over at Coton. We came second!
Milton, our opponents, who are division 1 champs, were so good but we did manage to win 2 of the four rinks. First time in the Gilbert final for us and Milton. Barton held heads high regardless- very proud of our achievements this season in division 1 and looking forward to our second year in the same division in 2027.

As this is typed our Chairman Ken G, Treasurer Anna Jennings and her son David are playing in the final of the Eltisley Cup - still a chance of silverware 🤞🤞

Barton is on a roll. We managed to beat Gt Chesterford this evening on their turf 70:65 (5:2). It was a close match but we pipped it at the end. Hopefully we are now moving up the chart 😃

We played Needingworth tonight away. They are league leaders in Division 1. Very happy to report we won the match 66:53 (6:1). Valuable points for us. Well done team! Particular thanks to Judith and James who stepped in last minute and performed very well.

Couple of good BHL Open games back to back. Yesterday we managed a win at home against Alex Beehive 37:30 (4:2) and tonight away at Balsham all was well till the last end when we lost a 4 on our rink. That meant a draw 30:30 (3:3). A great game though enjoyed by all.
