6-Week Yoga Workshop for Beginners

Have you heard of yoga but never tried it?
Have you been going to yoga classes on and off and would like to finally learn the basics properly?
Would you like to be motivated, to get to like and know yoga?
Could you use some relaxation, some breathing techniques in your daily life?

If your answer is yes to any of the above, this 6-week Yoga workshop is for you!
For only £49 now you can participate in a nice, cosy, home setting in a great mini yoga course with a small group!
Min 2, max 5 people per class (6 classes in total). Address is 188 Histon Rd.

Classes are on Tuesdays at 6.30 PM- 8PM (75-min yoga practice with relaxation and a small massage at the end and sharing a tea afterwards)

Dates as follows:
9th July – 1st class
16th July – 2nd class
23rd July – 3rd class
30th July – 4th class
6th August – 5th class
13th August – 6th class

*Attendance on all above dates is recommended for full development (progressing week by week) but if away on holiday, or cannot make it, can still participate (£49 same for 5 classes, £40 for 4 classes, £35 for minimum attendance, 3 classes)

Mats and tea are provided (but you can bring your own mat of course).
