Being a mum myself to a busy toddler, I know just how hard it can be to prioritise yourself. Finding time to exercise, rebuilding your confidence and simply getting out of the house can feel overwhelming.

That’s exactly why I created my Mum & Baby Fitness Class – a welcoming, supportive space where you can look after yourself without needing childcare.

Alongside my fitness business, my husband and I run The Waggon & Horses, home to the Waggon Café and our popular toddler soft play sessions. There’s every chance you and your little one have already met me there, so you’ll already know how passionate I am about creating welcoming spaces for families.

This class is simply another extension of that—supporting local mums, helping you feel stronger, more confident and connecting you with other amazing mums in the area.

People often ask me what my favourite part of being a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor is…

And whilst I absolutely love helping people get stronger, fitter and healthier, there is one group that holds a really special place in my heart… helping women rebuild their bodies and confidence after having a baby.

Pregnancy and birth are incredible, but they also ask so much of our bodies. It can leave you feeling like you’ve lost your strength, your confidence, or even a little bit of yourself. Seeing women realise just how strong they still are is something I’ll never get tired of.

As a Women’s Health Personal Trainer, I’m qualified to support:

And if I’m really lucky… I might even get a few baby cuddles! 🥹💕

Watching mums grow stronger, smile more, and believe in themselves again is honestly one of the greatest privileges of my job.
