Bicycle Mechanic / Customer Sales Advisor:

- Minimum 3 years experience as a bicycle mechanic.
- Provide high levels of customer service at every point of contact.
- Be able to diagnose and fault find issues with all bike types including e-bikes.
- Knowledge of various bicycle types and technologies.
- Ability to advise customers on products and close sales.
- Experience with relative health and safety requirements.
- Cytech bicycle maintenance or equivalent at Level 2 is preferable.
- Computer literacy.
- Permanent
- Full time, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm 42.5 hours a week plus two Saturday mornings a month 8am-12 noon to be discussed.
- Competitive salary with potential for overtime and bonuses.
