More long weapon training at the dojo last night. We trained outside because of the heat and had to move quickly to avoid the mosquitos!
With the focus on kamae we did some bo, yari and naginata. Good session!

Amazing session yesterday training with the great at the dojo!
We looked at bo and yari then moved inside when it started raining to work on some Kukishinden Ryu Dakentaijutsu.

We've had some good training sessions over the last couple of weeks. Turnout has been light but we have covered a lot of good stuff. Mainly we've looked at Kukishinden Ryu Dakentaijutsu, grading stuff, bo and sword. Next week there is no training on as it's Easter. See you on the 9th April.

Nice session tonight at the dojo. We worked through kyu grading syllabi for students grading in a few weeks.

Ivan's birthday seminar part 2.
In the afternoon session at the dojo. Arthur from the dojo taught some very interesting knife work.
It started out bujinkan-ish but developed into silat with excellent drills using lipstick and white tshirts.
It was an amazing session, thanks to everyone who came and supported the dojos.
