How many times have you been rejected within the past month?

In a world of 7.8 billion people, rejection touches us all.

As a recruiter and career coach, I've witnessed the demotivation and self-deprecation that rejection can bring.

That's why I've developed a 3-prong strategy to help you navigate the journey:

1️⃣ It's a two-way street: Why would you want them if they don’t want you? Maintain your self-worth and find the right fit.

2️⃣ Consider the circumstances: Sometimes it's not about you. Internal hires, changes in requirements, or over qualification can play a role. Don't take it personally.

3️⃣ Break patterns and fuel your motivation: Take rejection as an opportunity to redirect your energy. Retrain your brain to respond intentionally, rather than emotionally.

Remember, rejection is just a stepping stone on the path to success. Choose resilience, embrace redirection, and thrive!
