Look around you‼️ How many people do you know or in general think are settling in life?
Probably a hell of a lot! You see it everywhere. People settle into okay relationships, okay jobs, okay friends all the time.
Why⁉️
Because okay is comfortable!! Because okay is easy, because okay might pay the bills and some people are fine with okay and guess what? That’s okay too.
But where is the thrill in okay?
Where is the passion in okay?
Okay is not changing or unforgettable.
Okay is not the reason you might risk it all for a chance of doing something absolutely amazing, folks.
Is this easier said than done? F**k yeah!! But this is why you need to check yourself on the daily by talking to yourself about every situation, choice and decision you need to make. Ensuring that they are in harmony with your goals, wether it’s from a wealth, health or love standpoint. Practice makes progress/ better.
Get a better grasp of your worth and don’t settle for anything not worthy of your time and energy. Tell yourself daily that you are worthy and that YOU. ARE. ENOUGH!

people often put themselves on too little calories and a no carb diet this isn't the way forward use carbs properly as you need this fuel for your workouts and make sure you get the right amount of calories or you will be feeling low with no energy and not wanting to exercise which will lead you to give up when you don't realise how close you may be to achieving your goals.

Little clip of yesterday's back workout, strength is right up there, I always add a dropset and some time under tension work to the end of my set just to tear the muscle and make it grow, I tend not to focus on heavy weights I just want to get the technique right and then more plates will be added
Don't accept the limitations people put on you don't let the haters get you down use that negative energy as motivation and show them what you can really do 💪👊
