Benefits of Strength Training!
As we age we lose muscle mass and bone density so it is really important to add strength training to our exercise regime. It’s never too late to start!

Menopause….
I have recently been doing a short course to learn about this and how exercise can help.
I am also looking into doing a full course on menopause so I can add to my list of qualifications and help more women.
One thing to note is that strength training is so important. 💪
As we age we gradually lose muscle and bone mass and the rate increases as we hit menopause. By doing strength training we can slow down the loss and sometimes even reverse it!
