ONE MOMENT YOU’RE AN 18 year old with tight skin, a toned tummy, living your best life eating burgers, chocolate & vodka shots!!!!! …..The next your mum tum is sagging, you’re getting early nights, reading books, drinking water in between a glass of wine (because just a couple give you a hangover) 🙈 We compare ourselves to the youngsters (I did it on my holiday) - pointless & negative!!!!!
