🌌 RUNNING TO THE STARS 🔭✨

Yesterday’s runs took us up to the telescopes on Madingley Road, definitely one of our more out-of-this-world routes! 🏃‍♀️🌙

Good miles, good company and a pretty epic view. 👟💫

🎶 **Fun fact:** Joy Division’s *Unknown Pleasures* artwork was inspired by radio telescope data from a distant star taken from these telescopes. 🌌

See you on the next one! 🏃‍♂️✨

☀️ Bring on the sunshine! ☀️

Our runs moved back to the meadows on Tuesday after the winter at TCC.

We had our regular 4 mile group, but we also introduced a brand new 5k group. A lot of the attendees were graduates of our winter couch to 5k programme who have done an amazing job training over the wet, windy and miserable winter months.

We also kickstarted a new couch to 5k programme and everyone did amazing (there is still time for new people to join us)!

If you are free on Tuesdays, please come join us and try us out. You can try out three sessions before joining. You can find more info on the runs at www.southcambridgestriders.org.uk

🩵💙 🐄 A moo-velous morning for a run ☀️🐄

A lovely 12km out this morning for the Striders, heading from Trumpington up to Lammas Land, along the Backs, and looping home through Grantchester Meadows 🌿

Sunshine all the way, great company, and even a few curious cows keeping an eye on us along the route 🐄
