We’d like to congratulate one of our amazing coaches, Alfie on his graduation yesterday achieving an impressive first class honours degree. 👨‍🎓
He was also one of few in his cohort to be given a graduate award for excelling in his course and for the extracurricular activities he took part in.

His lecturers wrote the following when nominating him for the award:

‘Alfie joined the university on our foundation year and has made the most of every opportunity available to him throughout his time which has helped shape into the practitioner he is today. He has a very positive attitude and has engaged with many extracurricular developmental opportunities during his degree, including: working as a strength and conditioning intern and progressing to lead intern, volunteering at some international sporting events, achieving his Bronze Hallam Award, attended academic conferences, and worked on a project with an industry partner for his final year dissertation.
During his degree, Alfie undertook a short-term placement in Australia working within a strength and conditioning performance center; his host’s feedback was very positive about his passion and professionalism.
Alfie’s hard work and dedication led to him achieving a first-class honors degree. After completing his degree, he qualified as a personal trainer through new course and is now working at Gymteq’
