Great day in the Sun for our 8u teams. Great to see some fab tennis being played. Well done to CLTC players and those who attended from other clubs!

Our February player of the month is Leo Ioannidis. Leo has been a fantastic helper for the coaching team throughout the year and has recently completed his level 1 coaching qualification.

Leo is showing great dedication to improve his tennis knowledge and overall game.

He has also helped to captain and play for the u18 teams at the club. Well done Leo, the coaching team wants to wish you all the best and keep up all the great work!!! 👏🏻

Don’t forget on Saturday 29th March 7-10pm we will be hosting our amazing Auction of Promise, raising funds for Magpas Air Ambulance Service!! Donations are coming in but we’re still after more! A great day for CLTC 9 and under players as they came first and second in the Tier 1/2 events at CLTC over the past weekend. Lovely to be playing these events in the sun ☀️ well done all.

As a club we open our doors to anyone who wishes to play tennis. Everyone Wednesday morning coach Richard used to run a session for Gretton school, since leaving our new coach Claire has taken this on. won school of the year at last weeks awards too which is very well deserved. We’re super happy to continue to open tennis up to all and continue our strong link! Well done team!!

Well done to our 9u team who played at 10is academy in the orange team event. Was a cold one but all players played very well to clinch the win! Well done team 👏🏻

Tonight was the Cambs AGM and LTA awards evening. Huge shout out to coach Sue for winning the Official of the Year and Performance coach of the year! Well done Sue for all your hard work! 👏🏻 thanks to Julie, Caroline and the other volunteers who help make tennis in the county AMAZING!!!

Our January Player of the Month is Donald Mannion. Donald attends our groups 3 x a week and can regularly be seen on court with his family. Donald always listens well in groups and works hard for the whole coaching team. He recently started competing for CLTC in team events and just loves the game of tennis. Thoroughly deserved Donald, keep up the hard-work!!
Each month the coaching team will select a player from our club to be the Player of the Month. Keep an eye in the clubhouse and on socials to spot them!

Huge congratulations to our Orange 9u team who competed in a Tier 2 county event yesterday and took home 1st place 🥇Well played Donald, Dominik, Jacky and Claire!! Thanks to for running the event!!

Happy Chinese Lunar New Year to all our Club members, some of whom enjoyed a celebration tournament at CLTC with their favourite home treats afterwards!! 🐍
