For example, your session for the day may consist of 90-120mins of walking in nature, far more beneficial than 10-15mins of HIIT.

Garlic and Chilli Prawn pasta. Another super easy and simple dinner to make, can be made in less than 10 mins, you can add any vegetables and additional seafood that you want. Life isn’t just Chicken breast and white rice.

Spinach and eggs. A very easy breakfast(less than 10mins) with great nutritional value, and a great way to kick off your morning, why not serve with some bacon..🤤.

Roasted Salmon, roasted vegetables, and potato wedges.
Fantastic nutritional value and delicious taste, easy to make - chop it up, season, in the oven for 30-45mins - done.

Veggies can be anything you like, my favourites are red and yellow peppers, carrots and red onions.
Can use white or sweet potato.

Pull ups are a great tool to build strength through the upper back - it is important that you have the capability to pull yourself up, and possibly over things, it may save your life one day.

Lay pulldown/Vertical Cable Pulldown - a great variation that’s allows to lift progressive percentages of your body mass moving towards a goal of pull ups or increased volume of pull ups. As well as being a great tool to build upper back strength and robustness.
