We are looking for an engaging and flexible team player to join our growing service in Welwyn and Hatfield, supporting some of the community’s most vulnerable learners. The successful applicant will work predominantly with children or young persons in groups or one to one, but will also liaise with a number of support agencies in addition to schools, students and parents.
The aim of the role is to help reduce exclusion rates and barriers to learning associated with primary to secondary transition.

FREE ONLINE WORKSHOP FOR PARENTS: Supporting Children with additional needs back into school post lockdown
Angels and NESSie have teamed together to provide a workshop designed for the parents / carers of children who need transition support. This training is funded by Hertfordshire County Council and open to parents / carers who live in Hertfordshire.
