🌧️ BATTLING THE ELEMENTS! 💪🏻

What an effort from every single one of our boys today! 👏🏻👏🏻

Playing in some horrendous weather conditions, the boys worked their absolute socks off from start to finish. The effort, determination and commitment were outstanding!

Plenty of positives to take from today’s performance. We created some great chances and played some lovely football despite the conditions. We just need to be more clinical in front of goal and start taking those opportunities!

Once again, several boys were asked to play out of their usual positions, showing great versatility and willingness to work for one another. 👏🏻

🏆 PLAYERS’ PLAYER OF THE MATCH – MO

Another fantastic shift from Mo! His work ethic, desire and commitment were second to none. Chasing absolutely everything down, never giving up and giving his all for the team. Thoroughly deserved! 👏🏻

🏆 COACHES’ PLAYER OF THE MATCH – CIAN

A very close decision today, but Cian just edged it with a brilliant performance! His composure on the ball, ability to hold off opposition players and vision to pick out some cracking through balls to our strikers really stood out. Fantastic football intelligence on display! 👏🏻

WELL DONE BOYS 💪👌

Still plenty to work on, but the effort and attitude are there. Keep working hard, keep learning and the results will come!

Massive thanks to all the parents and supporters who braved the storm to cheer the boys on! 🌧️👏🏻

🌧️💨⚽ STORM? WHAT STORM? IT’S MATCH DAY! ⚽💨🌧️

While most folk are tucked up in bed, nice and cosy, our Camby boys are daft enough to be heading out to play fitba in this weather! 😂💪

A wee bit of wind and rain isn’t stopping this lot! 🖤🤍

⚽ Cambuslang Soccer Centre 2013 🆚 BSC Glasgow

📍 Scotstoun Leisure Centre
🕤 Kick-off: 9:30am

The weather might be wild, but hopefully the boys are even wilder on that pitch! 🔥⚽

Let’s see plenty of teamwork, determination and fight from start to finish! Win, lose or draw, all we ask is that the boys give it their all and enjoy their football! 👏

And a massive shoutout to the parents and coaches standing on the sidelines getting absolutely soaked and blown away! 😂☔ You’re the real MVPs today!

⚽️🖤🤍 MATCH REPORT – CAMBUSLANG SOCCER CENTRE 2013s 🤍🖤⚽️

A tough one for our Camby boys in this cold morning , but plenty of positives to take away! 💪⚽️

The boys started the game well, but unfortunately a few decisions didn’t go our way, and we found ourselves chasing the game!

Despite the setbacks, the boys came out fighting in the second half, Mason showing some real determination and battling hard to get us goals and get themselves back into the match. Unfortunately, things didn’t quite go our way, but there were still moments of great football and plenty to build on.

We know what these boys are capable of, and we’ll keep working on staying focused, keeping our heads up and battling right until that final whistle! 🖤🤍

🏆 PLAYERS OF THE MATCH 🏆

👏 Players’ Player – Mason ⚽️⚽️

Voted for by his teammates! Our captain showed fantastic drive, determination and leadership today, scoring two cracking goals and doing everything he could to get his team back into the game. A well-deserved award! 👏🖤

👏 Coaches’ Player – Mo 💪

An absolute rock defensively! Strong in every challenge, never afraid to put a tackle in and always battling to win possession back for his team. Brilliant determination and work rate throughout! 👏🤍

Massive well done to both boys! 🏆

⚽️ MATCH REPORT 🖤🩶

A unlucky result today, but plenty of positives to take from the performance! 👏🏻

The boys created plenty of chances and showed brilliant togetherness, encouraging each other and giving everything right until the final whistle. With low numbers, a few boys stepped up and played out of position without any complaints — exactly the attitude we want to see! 💪🏻

🧤 Players’ POTM — Nico
Brilliant saves, great one-on-ones, excellent shot-stopping and quick off his line when needed. Well deserved Nico! 👏🏻

⭐ Coaches’ POTM — Harris
His confidence is growing every game — getting stuck into tackles, chasing back and giving everything for the team. Keep it going Harris! 👏🏻
