IM STILL WORKING!!!
I haven’t been posing at all for a long while now as I’ve been battling with mental health and didn’t know if I would even be completing this prep at one point but bodybuilding is the one thing I have complete control over and the harder I work the more I get out.
If I didn’t have bodybuilding and all the amazing people in my corner such as and to name a few, Im positive I wouldn’t be able to find the strength to get through it.
As we speak i battle with mental health and depression but this is proof that dedication and hard work can keep you from falling too deep into the black hole.
I am determined to get through this and become stronger because of it.

Words cannot describe how proud I am of this women! She’s amazing! We have lots of hurdles and things trying to stop us but she keeps showing up and grafting her arse off!🔥
We’re still doing 8 week diet phases and 2 weeks “off” and this diet phase we’ve actually had 2 off plan meals and more food😳😳 and we’re the lowest we’ve ever been - currently 5kg off in this diet phase with 4 more weeks to go!! These photos are only 6 weeks apart!
Charney only goes to the gym twice a week - but when she’s there, I can guarantee you she’s the hardest worker in there. You do not need to be going 7 days a week to make progress, so long as you’re absolutely smashing the days you do go and keep them consistent!
So proud of you girl! Let’s smash these last 4 weeks of this diet before your holiday!!☀️☀️

Scales are dropping, lines are appearing🤩

Ben is coming up to nearly 8kg loss in 8 weeks! I’ve lost 4kg in 3 ish weeks! We’re absolutely loving it at the minute. To have us doing it together makes it so much better too.

5am alarm clocks for cardio every morning are the routine now, food is being eaten and training is still super strong.

Now the fun begins, true condition! The hardest part of prep - but the best part😈 let’s get it! .raw and watching us closely !

The logbook debate…💬
Personally, we believe the answer is always to log book it 🤪
▪️
If you’re going into the gym with no plan, no structure how do you know you’re progressing? Do you know why you need to be doing certain exercises before others? Do you do random things every session?
▪️
A reason you’re not progressing in the gym is because you’re not giving yourself time doing one movement and getting STRONG at it! We can spend months doing the same session week in week out before it’s changed.
▪️
The reason we use our log book is because we need data to track how we’re doing in each session. If we didn’t track, we wouldn’t remember. Personally, I don’t even remember what I did yesterday never mind remember a million different weights.
▪️
Aim for more reps, better form and/or more weight. Once you’ve nailed this, you WILL make progression. Use your log book as an essential tool, not something you moan about doing. We wouldn’t have made such good progress if we didn’t track our lifts. It also serves its purpose to know what to do when we aren’t progressing, if we consistently aren’t making progression then we know that coach needs to be informed.

Get a training plan specific to you, get a log book, start tracking your lifts and get strong! Stop going into the gym with no plan and get serious about it!💪🏻

Last 8 week surplus done 😳☑️

Not fat, but well fuelled and training like an absolute beast under the watchful eye of the boss .raw ! 4kg-5kg added in this last block.
▪️
Thats the last of the high calories, and now creeping down into prep 😬 I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my legs since adding some knee flexion back in and super happy with my progress!
▪️
Food been dropped by 30g so nothing massive - things are about to get VERY exciting now though! Time to turn inside out 😈

Had a great day at a posing seminar today! Ben came to join me after to train at - also had an amazing talk off .raw and so was nice to say hello!

After posing peak offseason in my bikini today has deffo got me ready to prep and see some more lines! Deffo out of my comfort zone but cannot wait !

Met some incredible girls too who I will be sharing the stage with!

5kg down so far with the amazing super mum !

After her amazing transformation last year in the shred she has joined as a full time client. Her long term goal is to fit back into a certain dress size. We are well under way for that!
▪️
We have just finished our first deficit phase at 8 weeks at a time. And we now go into two weeks “diet break” and then back again for another 8 weeks.
▪️
This system is nice for Charney as she has short little goals to aim for with a bit of rest at the end of it. So she can spend some down time with her family.
▪️
We are also implementing specific body part focuses onto training for every block. This block was arms - and she’s absolutely smashed!
▪️
I’m so proud of this woman, she wants to do well. She wants to succeed. We’ve found her groove now - so this is going to get exciting😈 hope you’re ready 🙃

It’s nearly go time for me again💥

After my check in shots today - I wanted to scroll back and see what I looked like at the beginning of my last prep 🤯

I can see myself in those shots as a very uneducated, soft blob having a go at this competing thing. No real passion, no real direction with purpose, no off-season to grow any muscle. Just straight into a diet from covid… I did the best I could that season with only really having .raw with me for the last 6-8 weeks.
🔹
Fast forward 2 years… similar weights, rock solid, better coach, better mindset, and a hunger in my belly for the love of the sport and challenge.
🔹
I consider this the beginning of my competitive bodybuilding journey. This is the best version of me yet. This will not be my final package. It never is in bodybuilding, but this is how I want my starting point to be. So ready to get peeled 🤪
