Pure T4

Suzuki Grand Vitara in last week for a new exhaust, clutch issues and to have the chassis waxoiled. The slave cylinder was the suspect, but it turned out the reservior lid was loose and there was no fluid in the reservior, causing a terrible feel on the clutch pedal. A good bleed though and the clutch is perfect.

Busy few days, yards full. White T5 in for a gearbox oil change, service and boost pipe seal replacement.

Silver T5 in for a thermostat

Red T4 in for an oil leak

We work on anything, not just Transporters. This was a Vectra C with a hard brake pedal and black smoke from the exhaust. The bar that activates the swirl flaps in the inlet manifold had come off causing the smoke, and the brake pedal was due to a failure of the vacuum pump

After crashing the beloved T4 5 weeks ago, I've got her back. With parts from it, the green machine will be rebuilt. Sorry for the lack of content lately, I just forget to post. Keep an eye peeled for the projects and work we have in, and please give a like and share 🙏

Popped out to a T5 today with a central locking issue. The key fob wasn't opening the doors, but the lights were flashing, and then decided to stay on. This was a big problem as he couldn't open the passenger door to access the fuel filler flap. A bit of hunting about, and we found a broken power wire in the loom for the Comfort Control Module beneath the drivers seat. The CCM module was checked inside and was perfect. All sorted now and he can finally fill it up.

Clio 182 in this week for a severe misfire and battery not charging. A set of brand new injectors, MAP sensor and a new serpentine belt later, shes running sweet

Also removed the home made splitter for the owner at his request, it was fitted by the previous owner
