Hello and welcome to Asher Yoga , Asher the meaning of blessing and happy in Hebrew, which I feel is fitting for me as this is how I feel to have yoga in my life and to share with others,
I’m passionate about yoga and what positive benefits it as on body and mind, I encourage healthy natural eating and often share some favourite recipes and methods. my classes are challenging and will not just change your body but your mind also, I try to make them fun and with a flow so creating a semi meditated effect on your mind, I encourage you to focus on your breathing which allows you to surrender deeper into postures and fully connect with your practice body and mind. I’m also reiki trained which comes through on my practice helping to calm and still your mind. I hope you fall in love with yoga as much as I did

✨ WOW… what an incredible first weekend of our 2026 Yoga Teacher Training! ✨

We feel truly blessed to be trusted to guide another beautiful group through this journey. These amazing souls have come together to form this year’s teacher training community, and already, the seeds have been planted.

And what a first weekend it was…

From the history of yoga and anatomy, to neutral poses, alignment, hands-on adjustments and finding confidence in the foundations of teaching, we covered so much, shared so much and, most importantly, began this journey together.

And this is only Weekend One. 🤍

Now we get to watch those seeds grow, the knowledge deepen, confidence emerge and each individual begin to discover their own authentic voice as a teacher.

We cannot wait to see where this journey takes you all.

MEET ELEANOR ✨

Eleanor joins us this year across both our Yin Teacher Training and 200Hour Yoga Teacher Training, bringing her own beautiful depth of knowledge and experience to the journey.

Her teachings invite you beyond the physical practice, exploring the elements, chakras and energetic body, and helping you understand what it truly means to embody the practice rather than simply learn it.

And then there’s sound and voice… ✨
