We hit full capacity in February this year for our little ninjas classes and have been gradually adding students to our academy from our waiting list.

We have now hit full capacity in our juniors & cadets sesssions as well!💥

We will be taking on new members from our waiting lists very soon. As well as this, we also have some exciting news coming soon including new classes being added to our timetable from September onwards. This will be a huge step, pushing our club and students to the next level 📈

Summer is here! 🌞

Training will be on as normal. Nevertheless it is still important to remember a few things while training this summer when it’s very hot…🥵

💥Stay hydrated. Not just during the session, but throughout the day. Drink plenty of water.
💥Take breaks. Listen to your body. If you need a break, take one. The end goal is to finish the session feeling good!

Coaches will be keeping a close eye on students and session intensity may be altered depending on heat in gym.

Luca has been moving forward progressing during sessions and looked great this morning while being assessed 👌

Today we had 15x little ninjas and juniors & cadets grade for various belts at our academy. Everyone worked very hard to prepare for this grading and today showed skill, focus and determination - achieving their next belt. 🥋

Well done to all of our students. We are extremely proud of you all and the progress you are making! Keep going!! OUSS!! 🥊

4-8yrs lil ninjas 9.30-10.30am. Juniors 8-16yrs 11am-1pm with red and yellow belts finishing slightly earlier than 1pm 🥊
