🎾 Junior Results 🎾

A great set of results from our juniors across the weekend.

Naavya and Ava got off to a strong start in the 10U LTA Youth Winter League, winning their opening match against Kings Hill.

Josh was 14U Grade 4 runner-up, enjoying the challenge of playing up in the age group and making it through to the final. He narrowly missed out in a close match tiebreak, 5–10, against an older opponent, with plenty of positives and experience to take away from a competitive match.

Arthur was runner-up at the G3 x 10U linked event at Bromley, continuing a strong run of performances at this level.

Ava was also consolation runner-up at the Culford G3, showing great resilience to reach the final of the consolation draw.

Well done to all four juniors on some excellent performances! 👏🎾

🇬🇧🎾 A day at the Davis Cup

Last week, some of our junior players had the amazing opportunity to watch Great Britain take on Ecuador in the Davis Cup.

It was a fantastic day out, with plenty of high-quality tennis on show and a great opportunity for our juniors to experience international tennis up close.

A brilliant experience and hopefully plenty of inspiration to take back onto court! 👏🎾

A great day at the club for our Club Community Day 🎾

We were delighted to welcome residents from local care homes who regularly take part in our seated tennis sessions, alongside new participants joining our learning disability sessions.

We also welcomed a new face for a free beginner coaching session — a great opportunity to introduce someone new to the club and the sport.

And, of course, there was plenty of cake to enjoy throughout the day! 🍰

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the day such a positive celebration of tennis, inclusion and our wider club community.
