So I have had a lot more suspension coming in for servicing recently so thought it would be a good idea to share some light on the topic.

Suspension needs to be well maintained to optimise performance and prolong the life of the fork or shock.

For they recommend a lower leg service on the fork and air can service for the shock every 50hours, changing the bath oil and dust and wiper seals.

For they recommended every 125hours which is a rather long time and a few technicians prefer to perform these much before that time.

In the UK with the notorious wet and muddy conditions, it very important to keep your moving parts on the bikes clean and lubricated properly

If you guys have any questions you would like to know regarding servicing for bikes or suspension feel free to drop me a message or give me a call.
Kean

A super nice .bikes hybrid stereo 160 leaving the workshop today after a full service and suspension service on the 38s and DPX2 with some added tokens for a more supple and supportive ride
With the worse weather hopefully behind up, perfect time to get the bikes booked in and serviced before the longer (hopefully dryer) days arrive.
