Every now and then I am able to offer a bonus Sunday session to my members, today we had an EMOM session!
Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM) is a type of exercise that involves performing a set number of repetitions of an exercise within a time limit, usually one minute, and repeating that for multiple rounds.
