I wish I never got up to workout - said no one ever! 😝🧀
Personally I love morning workouts, it wakes me up, gives me the energy for the day and sets up a great day 😁
Also doesn’t give me time to think of excuses not to go 😆

This is my stage now and I love it 😁
It’s nearly been a year since I took my first class but lockdown took 6 months of them away from me so I’m still learning and growing. I can’t wait to become an even better and experienced instructor! 💪🏼
have been amazing since I joined, everyone is is so lovely and I love teaching there! Thank you for making me feel so welcome 🥰

Isometric exercises
What are they? - an exercise that engages and places tension on your muscles without movement
Some of the main Benefits:
- Improves muscle endurance
- Improves muscle strength
- Improves your posture
- Strengthens tendon and ligaments
- Reduces the risk of injury
- Increase flexibility
- Targets many muscles at one time
Also the best thing about isometric holds is that they can be done anywhere with no equipment and very little time!
Hold each exercise for 30-60 seconds. Try a few back to back for 3 or 4 rounds.

Finding time to exercise is harder when you have your own place! Constantly cleaning and doing chores 😂 I don’t know how you guys with children manage it! You are amazing! 👏🏼
Personally I find it easier to do my workout before anything else as then it is done and you have the energy and oomph to get the boring stuff done!

I’m back and it feels great 🤪
Still feels so surreal that I teach spin classes now. The first time I ever went to a spin class I hated it so much that I didn’t go to another one for a year 😅
I qualified as a spin instructor quite a few years ago but was always so scared to start teaching as I thought I was going to be rubbish!
2020 has been a tough year for all, but for me I’ve managed to achieve things I’ve wanted to do for a long time so it’s been a year to remember for sure.
Life is too short to be scared to live the life you want so get out there and follow your dreams 💖 we all have to start somewhere, it might not be easy and it might not all go to plan but it will be worth it and you will do great in the end!
