Canvey Combat Walk in
The new specialist combat gym is open to the public.
Trained people can walk in pay their fiver and get sweating, those who don't know how to use the facilities can book an appointment for 3 x 1 hour tutorials for £50. Martial arts classes
Monday- Kickboxing 19:00-20:00
Karate 20:00- 21:00
Tuesday- Ju-jitsu 19:30-20:30
Thursday- Kids Karate
