Hi there, fitness family I hope you’re all having a great bank holiday weekend,
As many of you know this coming week will be mine and Angie’s final week at the gym ,
I will be holding one big MASSIVE BOOM
WORKOUT 🏋️‍♀️  this coming Wednesday at 7.30pm  Please note, there will not be any challenges at 6pm or 8pm.
we wanna go out on a high and we would love you all to be part of this, including challenge members, current and past gym members,
I’m sure we can  have a cheeky little drink afterwards,
Then don’t forget the next couple of following days which will be Friday, the 31st of May 6 pm at the gym, this will be mine and Angie‘s leaving party which you are all invited to. It’s going to be emotional but definitely a lot of laughs. There will be food drink entertainment and dancing. Same again, Absolutely everybody is invited current and past members. This is definitely not the end for me and Angie, just a new chapter exciting times ahead,
