We are thrilled to be welcoming Robert McCready to the PZL Programming team 🀘🏼

Robert comes with a wealth of experience and expertise - he is just completing an incredible 24 year career within the British Army, where he has been involved with delivering group and personal training sessions across a variety of sports and British Army Warrior Fitness. He is an experienced CrossFit coach within affiliates.

Robert will be taking on the role of Affiliate Manager and will be working closely with the many affiliates we work with all around the UK πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§, and helping us drive PZL forward as we look to broaden our reach and go international 🌍

Another year draws to a close, and we have loved every part of 2022. Our first full year and we’ve made some big strides forward. Our first Open, first 1/4 finals, first podiums and many personal wins.

As we move into 2023 there are some big plans in the pipeline and we could not be more excited for whatever it brings our way.

January sees us return to the competition floor with an Invitational team and a qualified affiliate team from ; and I couldn’t be prouder to have that PZL representation out on the biggest and best team stage in the UK πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

I wanted to use this post to thank you all for your support. Whether that’s a programme subscription, a post share, a post like or simply just a message to say keep it up. To a small independent business - this means the world 🌍

We will keep doing what we believe in. We look forward to working with the PZL community in 2023 and beyond and if we can ever help you with your personal goals, just shout 😘

2022 has been one hell of a ride, and we are excited for whatever 2023 may present us.

One goal we have for 2023 is to reach MORE of YOU πŸ’₯

We’ve helped so many people push through plateaus and take their training to the next level, and we want to push more people to perform better πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

2023 will see the launch πŸš€ of new programming tracks:

- a season based group programming track with personalised loading % and rep ranges. This will be launching after the upcoming Open and 1/4 Finals. Guaranteed to get you in the best possible shape ready for the Open 2024.

- a sweat based programming track (suitable to add on to any other programming) for those days where you just want to move

We’ve got a few new exciting things in the pipeline also πŸ₯³
