Pupil Wellbeing ⛰️🧘
Yesterday we had the pleasure of working with the Year 9 pupils of Ysgol Llanhari for a full afternoon focused on wellbeing, resilience, recovery, and switching off 🌿✨
Throughout the workshop we explored:
❄️ Fire & Ice and building resilience
🧠 Practical wellbeing strategies to help manage stress and overwhelm
😴 The importance of sleep, how it impacts day-to-day life, and how to build healthier habits around recovery and rest
🌲 The benefits of stepping away from screens and reconnecting with nature
We also guided the pupils through an NSDR session (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), helping them experience techniques designed to calm the nervous system and improve the quality of sleep and recovery.
In a world where young people are constantly switched on, creating space to slow down, reset, and learn practical tools for wellbeing has never been more important.

Every Tuesday | 12.30–1.30pm
Taught by the lovely Anna, who is an incredibly experienced Pilates instructor and genuinely so excited to welcome you into this new class.
This session is all about strength, control, mobility, and feeling more connected to your body, whether Pilates is brand new to you or already part of your movement routine.
