I feel like i’ve hit a brick wall 🧱
Trust me it comes and goes, your favourite influencer may seem permanently motivated 🫠 but I really mean it when I say it comes and goes in waves 🌊 identity what it is that’s leaving you feeling unmotivated and adapt accordingly 🚨
Ok so how are we going to work on gaining motivation and working through a rough period ⏰ (this is what i’m planning on doing) 🫡
1. 🗓 Don’t wait for Monday it never comes
2. 📖 Create a plan and structure your life and days better
3. 🛍 Buy yourselves some new bits and things you can’t wait to get into the gym to wear/use
4. 🤳I’m going to hold myself more accountable on this account
5. 👥 One to one coaching with someone else holding you accountable
6. 🧗Try something new break the old routine that was leaving you bored

Motivation (or lack of) 🙇♂️
Everyone can lack motivation from time to time trust me i’m one of the worst! 🤦♀️Life is busy between work, home, social life and other factors squeezing in the time at the gym (and preparing before, getting there and back etc. 🚗🏃♀️) sometimes life does just get in the way!
Exercise has soooooo many benefits another post coming soon ⏱ so making that time for yourself is pretty vital and sometimes some me time is very much needed (even if going to the gym does become a great excuse to have a bath and a pamper 🧖♀️💆♀️)
Here are a few things I like to do when i’m not feeling 100% motivated to exercise and get moving 🏋️♀️🕺
📲Being held accountable by a coach and having regular check ins and a plan to follow. 24/7 support with my clients means they can have accountability whenever they need abs my varied options for coaching means we can tailor it all especially to you
👟Organise your gym gear you will be shocked what you find and put on outfits you feel confident in and make you happy to train. Sort your other clothes out too get a nice outfit together for after the gym feel comfortable and confident at all times
📚Organisation!! Plan your sessions before entering the gym walk through the door with a purpose. Also organising life I would be finished without my lists nothing would get done
👥Group exercise is great it holds you accountable to a time, allows a fun and preplanned workout, is social and you can try something new!

Sunday food for thought 💭
🤷♀️How do you know you can’t do something unless you try it?
You only ‘fail’ if you fail to try something you desire. Why are you saying no to that little ni**le in your head? 🧠 It’s just going to annoy you! Try it and at minimum you might learn something you didn’t know before and better as a person. You never know life could end up going down a completely different and exciting route 🛣
The only failure that should be happening is on your reps in the gym 🏋️♀️

The cost of skipping exercise is a lot more than you may think! 🏃♀️
Apart from the basics of weight loss, strength gain and improving the other components of fitness 👟
There are a lot more things that will change if you cut out regular exercise, a lot of cogs stop turning ⚙️
1. 💤 You may find you either struggle to get to sleep or find your sleep quality will reduce
2.📉Motivation will go out of the window! And not only to go to the gym or get active but to do anything in your life
3.🩺Exercise releases a magical combination of chemicals in your body that boost mood and improves mental health conditions such as anxiety
4. 👀 You may find your need and want to get into bed reduces majorly and energy is low
5. 💆Surprisingly not exercising can also cause aches and pains by a lack of activity through weakening muscles and compounding joint troubles
6. 🙇♂️A good training session can fill a big chunk of your day in a positive way it’s easy to sit on your phone for an hour (or more) but get moving to fill that time do something productive
7.🧠Every decision you make has a consequence and not getting moving may lead to productivity dropping in other tasks as you have pent up energy and become irritable/fidgety
The cost of not moving is probably more than it’s worth. Get moving today whatever way you prefer🕺

90kg moved today!!
Okay so form is a little off but a 10kg improvement on September with inconsistent training and multiple set backs I’m happy!!
Another little win to be repping 75kg which was only 5kg below my 1rm 4 months ago I’m fairly pleased with to say the least.
100 got off the floor but back said no, and i’m going to listen to my body on this one. After back day yesterday didn’t want to risk it! But it’s coming soon!!
