Annual 12 Days of Christmas 🎄

Our busiest class of the year and maybe in container to date.

WEIGHTLIFTING BLOCK + NEW HYROX MICROCYCLE

As all other things new, it starts on Monday

We are entering a new block for our ‘Container Weightlifting’ classes.

On a Monday you will be developing speed and power with the muscle sn**ch along with squats and jumps.

Wednesday will see you hitting a new Bench Press cycle building on a 3RM

Hyrox sessions will flow as:

Monday:
ERG / SLED PUSH + PULL SPRINT INTERVALS

Tuesday:
WALL BALL / LUNGES / BURPEE INTERVALS

Wednesday:
RUNNING / SLED PUSH + PULL MID-RANGE INTERVALS

Thursday:
HYROX COMPLETE

Friday:
RUNNING INTERVALS (SHORTER) + ODD OBJECT CARRY

The CrossFit Container PARTNER LEAGUE is coming 🔥

January 2026

How it will work:

You will find a partner [can be MM/FF/MF]. You will complete 1 x partner workout per week in class across January [1 in week beginning 05/01 - 1 w/b 12/01 - 1 w/b 19/01 - 1 w/b 26/01]; this will be the workout of the day and will feature in ALL classes on that day. The day on which we do the partner league workout will vary each week

If you are entered into the partner league, you and your partner will be judged completing the workout and your score will be logged on a leaderboard. This will culminate in the PARTNER LEAGUE FINALS 🔥 An in-house comp on Saturday 31st Jan between 0830-1200ish.

There will be a prize for the winner of each workout and prizes for the overall podium at the end of the FINALS event 🥇🥈🥉

We will communicate the class workout schedule ahead of time to allow you and your partner to plan accordingly; if there is legitimate reason as to why you and/or your partner cannot do it on the day provided you will be granted [with coach approval] ONE opportunity to do the workout on a different day but it must be in that week. Workouts will be broadly accessible AND a scaled option will be available

Those not on full class membership CAN participate, but they MUST be partnered with someone who IS on full class membership

Been a little quiet on here the last few weeks but we have been busy!

Our Big Saturday Session was a Halloween special that ended up at bingo lingo and some sore heads this morning

Infinitely scalable

If we had a pound for every time we heard ‘I’m not fit enough’, ‘I didn’t come because I cant do a bar muscle up’, or ‘I can’t lift the prescribed weight’, Coach Conroy would be sipping margaritas in the Maldives.

One of CrossFit’s fundamental components is called ‘Scaling’

Where a movement, volume or intensity is modified or adapted to suit the needs of the individual.

Whether you have an injury or any other physical or psychological condition, or even new to exercise in general..

There is no movement that cannot be adapted,

No rep schemes that cannot be modified.

No skill that cannot be broken down.

Intensity is completely individual, but also achievable for all.

New incentive from October!

So from October 1st, each month we will be rewarding those who attend classes regularly.

Attend 12 classes (CrossFit / Hyrox / gymnastics / WL) in a calendar month, and you get entered into a prize raffle

For October, as the first month of the new initiative, our rewards will be as follows;

- every person to attend 12 classes will get a new Container t shirt
- ⁠every person to attend 12 classes will get entered into a raffle with the lucky winner (1 person) getting a pair of RADs of their choice
