Sooooo now we off on tour ladies - instructors we are coming for you, I’ll be sliding into the DMs over the next few weeks to book spaces to introduce my girl gang to some new classes for them all while I’m gone! The amazing is taking the Flame 6:30pm slot on a Wednesday and you have the choice of 100s more classes a week across South Wales to suit you!

This weekend for our Saturday morning ZOOM class we’re making a difference!!

We’re going to dance our little hearts out to raise money for an amazing cause chosen by our members. are set out to raise £8000 for Peer Support Groups for Women who have faced domestic abuse or sexual violence and aims to support them through a number of activities. ALL proceeds from our class will go directly to this wonderful organisation.

If you’d like to dance with us or even just support from afar it’s £5 donation minimum. To get the zoom details for the class please message me a screenshot of the confirmation of your donation. Zoom details will be sent out Friday evening.
