You have been the best companion anyone could ask for. Certainly more than I deserved. I’m so glad you were in my life and forever in my heart. You have unconditionally always been by my side and I know you will always continue to walk with me. You were there through some tough times always ready for a cuddle on the sofa and help me eat my snacks to make everything all better. You will be missed by all who had the honour of meeting you. Your were grandma’s shadow and she wouldn’t have had it any other way. Walk over the rainbow now my handsome boy and be with your friends. I have no doubts you will make so many more. So it’s official…..I’m back to doing what I love after a year long break. Now personal training After the festivities and all the delicious food and drinks let’s get back into a great routine to kick start that healthy lifestyle again. I will be taking on 1-2-1 sessions, small group training, couples looking to train and transform together, training and nutrition plans, sport specific goals and general wellbeing clients.
