Our trainer just smashed out a his 16 week bulk and doesn't he look great.

What are the benefits of regular exercise?
Exercising regularly has many benefits these include:
🔸Improving your mood
🔹Stronger muscles and bones
🔸Increased mobility and flexibility
🔹Improving your cardiovascular health
🔸Weight loss
🔹More energy
🔸Better sleep
For me personally, starting the day with exercise puts me in a great positive mindset for the rest day which in turn helps me tackle all of my goals for that day.
Remember it’s never to late to chase your dreams.

Throwback Thursday
It was my wedding anniversary the other day. This is a throwback to my wedding/ stag preparation in 2019.
It took me around 20 weeks of consistent training and flexibility dieting to get to just under 11% body-fat and I felt in the best shape of my life.
I took a flexible approach to my diet because in that 20 week period I had several events, weddings and holidays to attend and life is for living after all. By being consistent and using a balanced approach I didn’t miss out on anything and made some amazing memories whilst striving towards my goals.
