This one completes the set! You can now do a full body workout by combining upper, lower and this set:

20xMountain Climbers
20xSit Ups
20xSide Lifts
20secs Plank

Complete it 4/5 times with no rest to feel the burn! 🔥

Your workout could look like:
Lower set x4
2 mins rest
Upper set x4
2 mins rest
Abs set x4

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ if you do complete the above sets we recommend taking a maximum of 2 minutes rest between each segment!
