INTRO POST!

Hi I'm Jackie and I'm the human behind form.flow.movement. I've been on a movement journey on and off my whole life but particularly the last 10 years where movement and my mental health have been intrinsically linked. In 2016, at 29 years old I left my job to become a ski instructor which was a job I loved for 2.5 years. It changed to my perspective and I embraced all the adventures my body enabled.

Flip forward to 2021, I decided that in 2022 I'm going to do my yoga teacher training over and and complete an Ironman triathlon. As yoga has helped me connect with my body, I want to share that with others. I don't know where this is going to go, but as the quote says "you don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great" 🌻
