Last Sunday saw our girls take to the field in a great contest against the Rhinos! A close scoreline reflecting the improvements made from the previous game against Barry! Thanks again to the Rhinos for the fixture and the players!
A few weeks off now and then we'll be ready to go again, watch this space!

Training is back on tonight! With the weather over the past few days, it's going to be a hot one!
We're welcoming all new and current players aged U14s, U16s and U18s, join the team!

The weekend was a hard one to take with a scoreline that didn't reflect the effort made by the girls. During our most recent session before hand, we talked about never quitting even if it felt like you couldn't go no more. The effort of the players on Sunday was something to admire and respect from any view, player, coach or parent.
The players can now look forward to training where they can improve with their heads held high after a gutsy effort!
No game over the weekend for the girls but a huge effort last week in training focusing how to work as a team and attacking play.

The weekend had much to talk about, for us it was being able to have another game out for our players!
We had a few firsts of the season, a first ever try, a first hat trick and a first home game! We are extremely proud of the Capitals girls with a respectable score line against an experienced Chargers side!

A first game in over two years and it was great to see our Whitchurch players in the Capitals side.
A tough day at the office in terms of the score but a great effort from all involved with a number of debuts...some who had never played before. 👏👏
