💥 GYM INTRODUCTION SESSIONS 💥

For beginners who have barley stepped foot in a gym before, we are happy to spend time with you to introduce you to all of the equipment in the gym, and how to use it correctly. There is no need to feel intimidated by this environment because we will take you through everything from start to finish and spend as much time as required to ensure you feel comfortable, and more importantly, safe in this environment. This is a very common barrier in the fitness and sport industry which can be easily overcome and broke down. No crazy fitness jargon either 🤯
