Yesterday, Nigel & Jordan took delivery of our new tees mower. A fantastic piece of kit that will make a massive difference to what the guys can do and will support the condition of the course. Head green keeper Nigel commented “Wow what a machine, no going over things 3 or 4 times to get a nice cut, 1 will do so going to save time there and so much more comfortable to use. I think i might be able to walk after sitting on this one for a few hours unlike the John Deere.”
These machines don’t come cheap but it’s purchase highlights our commitment to providing the equipment needed to maintain the course in a condition that our members and visitors expect during tough financial conditions.
If you see the lads out on the course, please stop them for a chat and engage with them with your thoughts and thanks for the huge amount of hard work that they do for us.

Therefore, fairway mats are STILL COMPULSORY and grass tees are NOT in play.
