This morning I woke up feeling knackered, the weather was rubbish and my test wasn’t until just before 6pm so I wasn’t feeling as up for it as usual. But Kimbo obviously knew that and as soon as I got on she felt amazing 😁 She warmed up beautifully and cruised around the PSG putting a huge smile on my face 😁 I just feel like we make the best team and I love how we know each other so well 🥰
We had some lovely comments from the judge, giving us an 8 for harmony (which I feel is the most important part!) and finishing on a super 70.29% 🥳🥳

Thrilled to have received a wildcard for the Inter I Silver at Nationals!!
Looking forward to training over the next few weeks and can’t wait to be back at Nationals with my amazing Kimbo 🥳

First competition of 2026!
Coleg Gwent just down the road has started doing BD and the higher levels so it was amazing to be able to go competing so locally! We did the PSG and Inter I and although I loved the venue, Kimbo was not so impressed and went back to her younger days of being very spooky 🙈 There were lots of lovely parts in both tests but she wasn’t as relaxed as she can be due to the scary judges box so we had a few mistakes too. We got 66.76% in the PSG and 66.32% in the Inter I so was really pleased with those scores with loads to improve on ☺️
It was great to be back out competing, especially so close - Kimbo will have to get used to it there as we will definitely be going there a lot!

Winter qualifications through for PSG and Inter I Silver 🥳🥳
So grateful for the best journey with my girl, from starting off getting our qualification at Prelim Gold to now gaining them at this level has been amazing and I’ve loved every minute of it! 🥰
