Did you know that our Pregnancy Yoga classes are safe to attend from 12 weeks pregnant onwards? Or that you can continue right up until your little one arrives? That classes are gentle and you don’t have to be a yoga bunny to attend? That I can modify all poses to accommodate common pregnancy issues such as Pelvic Girdle Pain, Sciatica, Low Lying Placenta etc.? That our classes provide a safe space to talk to other mums-to-be about pregnancy and birth and meet new mum friends? That our poses and breathing practices can be used during labour too? Or that your teacher (that’s me!👋) has nearly 20 years experience supporting parents during pregnancy and after their little ones arrive? There is so much more to my pregnancy yoga classes than having a nice stretch, I hope you can join us!🤰

I run regular weekly classes in Roath and Whitchurch. There are spaces currently available in all classes and my schedule looks like this:

🤰 Tuesdays at 6.30pm - Albany Road Baptist Church Community Halls in Roath
🤰 Wednesdays at 7.30pm - Whitchurch Community Centre in Whitchurch

So lucky to receive another wonderful review of my classes from a gorgeous Mummy who came to my Pregnancy Yoga classes throughout her pregnancy and my Mum and Baby Yoga sessions after her little one arrived 🥰I love that she benefitted so much from my classes, but particularly love that she made so many friends in class🙌 So wonderful to see new parents come together to form such a fantastic support network for each other. Mummy Laura's little one is not even a year old yet, but I know she will be friends these women for a very long time to come! I started teaching pre and postnatal classes over two decades ago (yes, I am that old!😂) and I still receive messages from mums telling me how grateful they are for the lifelong friendships they formed in class...and some of those 'babies' are now at University!

Thank you for your kind words Laura, I hope to see you again in the future🤗

🧘‍♀️If you would like to join any of our classes (we offer Pregnancy Yoga, Mum and Baby Yoga, Baby Massage and Menopause Yoga), we have new courses starting soon! You can find more info on my website - https://yumiyoga.co.uk/ - or via link in bio 👆👆👆 - or DM me if you have any questions.

My heart is very happy at receiving this wonderful review from a lovely new mummy!🤗 So delighted to hear how much she enjoyed my Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing classes and how much she feels they helped her (and daddy!) in her journey to becoming a parent. Particularly wonderful to hear how special my prenatal yoga classes were for her and how close she felt to her growing baby during the sessions.💕 Getting ready to meet your little one is as much of a mental preparation as a physical one, so I always make sure I provide an environment where it feels safe to share however you feel and time to connect to your emotional self as well as your baby.

🤰If you would like to join our Pregnancy Yoga classes, I run weekly sessions in Cardiff on weekday evenings. You can find more info on my website - https://yumiyoga.co.uk/pregnancy-yoga/ - or DM me if you have any questions.

👶I also offer Postnatal classes (Baby Massage and Mum & Baby Yoga), details of which can also be found on my website - https://yumiyoga.co.uk/ If you do come along, maybe you will get to meet and make friends with lovely Mummy Laurie, whose little one has now arrived Earthside and enjoying yoga with mummy!🧘‍♀️

🌞🌞🌞OUR PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES ARE RUNNING THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER!🌞🌞🌞

Just popping on to let any Mummies-to-be know that our Pregnancy Yoga Classes are continuing to run throughout the Summer holidays in all locations 😎 We run regular weekly classes in Roath and Whitchurch. There are spaces currently available in all classes and our schedule looks like this:

🤰 Tuesdays at 6.30pm - Albany Road Baptist Church Community Halls in Roath
🤰 Wednesdays at 7.30pm - Whitchurch Community Centre in Whitchurch

Our classes are pretty laid back in nature and give you a little oasis of space to step back from your day to day commitments, move, relax, connect and enjoy your pregnancy. A place to focus on yourself, your growing baby and tune in to what you need in a supportive and nurturing environment 💓

We're also a friendly bunch, so you'll meet lots of other lovely mums-to-be and make lasting friendships.....or, at the very least, you'll meet another lovely mummy to chat to on WhatsApp when you're awake with your little one at 3 O'clock in the morning! 👶

You don't have to be a yoga bunny to come along, the classes are very gentle and easy to follow. We cover lots of things to help you find comfort during your pregnancy (including easing common complaints such as lower back pain, sciatica, anxiety, PGP etc.), to connect with your baby and prepare for labour - a lot of the breathing practices & positions can be used in labour too! We also focus relaxation and calming breathing techniques at the beginning and end of the class. 🧘‍♀️
