Cardiff Higashi Karate is a friendly club for both adults and children. WE MEET AT CARDIFF MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY You pay as you train by direct debit.
The style of Karate is Wado Kai and is taught to a high standard. You do not have to be fit, thin or flexible to start karate. It does need concentration and practice. Just turn up to train or even watch a session to see if it is something you would enjoy. The lower age limit for children in this club is 6 years old as the classes do require a degree of concentration. However, younger siblings may
