We got you, come along to our babies and barbells sessions running every weekday at 11:10
be with other mums (it's empowering) lift weights in a controlled and progressive manner and have you baby in the same space as you to eliminate that anxiety of leaving them with a child minder or daycare, all whilst being coached to the highest of standards to ensure what you're doing is right for you and where you're at.
We only have a limited amount of spots and they will fill quickly.

Cardiff's first continuous kids and teens strength and conditioning sessions.
Soon we will be launching our cohesion mini's and Cohesion teens strength and conditioning coaching sessions.
to start with they will run on Mon, Weds, and Fri minis aged 8-11 at 4pm
Teens aged 12-17 4:45pm
when those spots fill we will be looking at doing this every weekday to provide continuity for our littles ones with their training year round.
There is a huge demand for this and not only will we be creating stronger empowered children, but our aim is to aid them with their self confidence, team cohesion, and overall sense of self worth.
All whilst having a great time and making it fun and enjoyable for them.

I’ve got some really exciting news. After years of working in the fitness industry where I’ve helped literally hundreds of people to improve their health and fitness, I felt that it was now time to help the new generation of personal trainers.
As you might or might not know, my fitness business, Cohesion fitness has now become an approved provider and educator for people looking to qualify and have a rewarding career as a Personal Trainer.

Starting in the 7th of March, we will be running a 9 week program to aid Mens mental health in and around the Cardiff area. 3 spots still available, we will pick the guys who we think are the best fit from the form you fill out below.
What will the program consist of???
It will be a 9 week program running every Saturday morning from 10am-12pm THIS IS FREE YOU MUST COMMIT TO THE WHOLE 9 WEEKS.
WEEK 1 SAUNA AND ICE BATH SESSION TO IMPROVE MENTAL RESILIENCE AND CREATE SOCIAL INTERACTION
WEEK 2 GYM BASED SESSION AT OUR BRAND NEW SMALL GROUP COACHING FACILITY IN LLANISHEN, EXPLANATION OF WHY FITNESS MATTERS AND PRACTICAL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SESSIONS LED BY PROFESSIONAL COACHES
WEEK 3 YOGA/MEDITATION/COFFEE MORNING TO HELP QUEIT THE MIND AND GIVE YOU TOOLS TO AID IN MENTAL STABILITY
These 3 weeks will be repeated making progressions on each one and helping you to build skills to aid in your mental health and well being, make friends and create social interactions that matter.
You must drive car or be able to get to the locations, they will all be Cardiff based. and i repeat, you must not miss a week.
There will be an intro form at the start to gauge where you’re at mentally and physically , and again at the end so we can create tangible evidence so we can ensure the progression continuation of this program.

We are looking for someone to run 3 sound baths for us as we are running a mans mental health program. The dates will be part of a bigger program we are running for 9 weeks as of the 7th of March.
The location will be in Lambourne House in Llanishen CF14, and will be for 1 hour time slots on these dates
21st March
4th April
25th April
All sessions will be a 11:15 start 12:15 finish.
Please share to anyone you think would fit, personally I would like more singing bowls than the Tibetan style as the aim here is for the guys to switch off and reach that meditative state.
