A little throwback to the UK Aikido seminar we attended!

Go and have a watch. One of the things we love about Aikido is seeing people from different countries and different backgrounds coming together to practise the same martial art.

Different languages, different places, but on the mat, we’re all practising together. That’s what makes Aikido so special
